All classes require an insurance waiver to be filled out and signed before the start of each course. The insurance waiver is available here.

A more aggressive class for advanced beginners who can swim on both the stomach and back, in deep water, can go underwater and are starting to dive.

SWIM CLASS RULES

1. Sign in at the front desk.

2. Rinse off in the shower.

3. Students may enter the water 5 minutes before the start of class on the teacher's discretion.

4. After class, the students may relax in the hot tub for up to 10 minutes.

5. Please abide by all hotel and pool rules.

6. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS! We are committed to following Embassy Suites "Go Green" policy. This will significantly reduce water and electricity usage.
